– Daily Gratitude

  1. Set aside 10 minutes each day. Find a comfortable spot and grab your notebook. (Preferably not your phone).
  2. Reflect on your day. Think about moments, people, or experiences that brought you joy, peace or a smile.
  3. Write 3 of them down.
  4. Be specific, it helps to deepen the appreciation. Why are you grateful for each of the things?
  5. Feel the gratitude. Let yourself immerse in the feeling of gratitude.
