The life changing routines that make me look like a fool…

I’ve experienced my lowest points of living.

I’ve experienced feeling down and tired all the time.

I’ve experienced the feeling of thinking that I’m not good enough.

And I’ve experienced living a life not true to myself.

That’s no fun, right?

Well, I managed to put in the hard work required to flip things downside up.

I managed to take control of my life and live for real.

No matter where you’re at in life, there’s always room for improvement.

I decided I didn’t want to live my entire life being tired and doing pointless things just to fill the day and actually did something about it.

I took control over my sleep and went to bed early instead of watching tv or playing video games until late at night.

I started being outside more often, reading, going for walks and running instead of being inside and stuck to a screen.

I exercised multiple times every week instead of being lazy in the couch.

I ate a lot healthier food instead of sugar all the time.

I sacrificed my comfort zone entirely to get to where I’m at and a lot of times people questioned my behaviors.

It was the most stupid thing they’ve heard of.

In their eyes I looked like someone who had a boring life.

Going to bed early and waking up early EVEN ON WEEKENDS!??

Reading books and not using my phone.

But boy was I enjoying life…

I essentially did the complete opposite as to what most still do.

Because does it really look like most people enjoy what they’re doing?

At times, the constant questioning and judgement I received was hitting me hard.

I sometimes questioned myself as to why I did things the way I did.

Because even though I was on the right track to find out something incredible.

Even though I had already changed tremendous and were seeing very positive results.

I still had some days without the required discipline and wasn’t performing as well.

And too many of those days could be what ruins it all.

As a matter of fact, I have days like this even now, we all have them sometimes.

There’s nothing wrong with it, just make sure to not let them stop you.

Give 100% each day and squeeze as much out of your time as possible.

When doing things which is outside of the “normality” people tend to not understand you any longer.

Some question your sanity – both to themselves and to you.

Some even question your worth it feels like.

Sadly, this just proves how lost everyone really is.

Don’t be part of everyone.

Do what everyone would never consider.

Do what you want to do.

Let them think whatever they want of you.

Let them judge you if it makes them feel better.

Let them view you as a fool.

Let them focus on themselves and you focus on what you need to do despite it.

That’s how I reached greatness.

And now I’m the one feeling great.

I knew for sure wasn’t going back to where I came from and decided to not let anyone stop me from doing so.

I got judged, questioned and called boring a lot.

I heard it but didn’t listen to it.

I noticed it but didn’t accept it.

I chose to disregard the negativity because I knew I was on track to something special which clearly the others didn’t want to see.

The cart I was pushing forward got very heavy at times, especially on days with less energy.

But I never stopped pushing.

I never stopped moving forward.

And I always gave 100%, no matter how much or how little that was.

By just doing something, you’re already doing more.
